Electric Scissors Instruction

Electric fabric scissors are hand-held electric tools, which are powered by the motor and drive the working head through the transmission mechanism to carry out shearing. Working Principle

The motor drives the eccentric shaft-connecting rod mechanism through the reducer box, which makes the tool holder drive the upper cutter head to make a reciprocating movement, and the lower cutter head is fixed on the tool holder. The power cord is a double-core sheathed soft cable, and component a non-reconnecting plug with the double-pole rubber plug together.

Operation Declaration

1 Connect the transformer and electric scissors power socket before use.

2 The power plug is connected to 220V AC.

3 Hold the electric scissors, the scissors mouth are aimed at the material, press the switch and start cutting.

4 According to the material and shape of the cut material, adjust the cutting gesture and moving speed to achieve the ideal cutting effect.

Notice

1 Before cutting, let the cutting blade run without load for a few seconds, listen to the sound, which should be even, no noise, and ensure that whether the blade running too slow or too fast.

2 The working environment shall satisfy the following conditions: the air temperature shall not exceed 40℃, not less than -10 ℃, and the relative humidity shall not exceed 90%.

3 The surface of the plastic shell should be equitable coloring, without any serious defects such as bubbles, cracks and so on.

4 The surface of the tool holder is bright, no rust spot, and the metal surface has no defect. The switch is flexible.
